Smith![[Picture]]( dot_clear.gif){kind=small} As a part of our due diligence into LifesMiracle.com, we have had numerous e-mail exchanges with company founder Steven E. Smith. While always cordial, friendly, and professional, Mr. Smith has nevertheless been quite evasive and unwilling to answer the majority of the many legitimate and appropriate questions which have been submitted to him over the past several months. One issue HAS been resolved, however, and that pertains to the use of the professional title of "doctor" by Mr. Wayne Garland. While no one has challenged the good intentions, the innate wisdom, and the many valuable years of experience and hands-on learning which Mr. Garland brings with him to the LifesMiracle.com MLM company, the one thing he does NOT own is a college or university degree from any accredited educational institution. The one certificate which has been presented on behalf of Mr. Garland claiming a "Doctor of Science Degree in Nutritional Sciences" from Rochville University has been revealed to be a "diploma mill" certificate, which was purchased from a nonaccredited online "school" and awarded upon payment of a fee in recognition of Mr. Garland's "life experiences". Steven E. Smith has agreed with this assessment and has therefore stated: "I am NOT going to count any on line degree, naturopathic degree, Psychologist degree and so on, within this company. If anybody is going to call himself or herself a Doctor, he or she will have to be a Medical Doctor recognized in America as say so. Your right, it does create confusion and I am NOT educated enough in the on line studies that people take to further their education. We will only support Wayne Garland and his knowledge he attained during his last 25 years and that is it.""But then again, I would NOT hire a Heart Doctor to make a health product for us, however, if we conduct double blind studies and we want some private Doctors to verify the results, this will be considered and we will cross that road when we come to it."
