Phil Piccolo's Most Brazen and Shameless Scheme WWSN NOTE: The WWSN has warned about Phil Piccolo's attempts to frontload massive amounts of questionable overpriced products to victims of his various schemes throughout the years. Phil recruits individuals to invest in his schemes as a "Regional Distribution Center" or "Joint Venture Partner" asking them to send $300,000 or more in a money order or cashiers check to his mailbox at his $3,000,000 mansion in Pompano Beach with his "guarantee" of incredible monthly incomes and/or up 300% interest rate returns on their money. One well-intentioned woman asked Mr. Piccolo for more information and then asked the WWSN to review it, when important details and proper legal documentation was not forthcoming. We were successful in convincing this individual to NOT send Phil Piccolo any money. By presenting the following unedited correspondence, we hope we can convince others as well.
| Original e-mail sent to Phil Piccolo at the e-mail address given on the aaTCM.com web site:
To whom it may concern,
I am a fairly new member to the aaTCM program and I'm excited about the product lines and this RDC opportunity.
My dear husband of 42 years passed away last April and I miss him terribly, but he had the foresight and financial management skills to leave me with more than enough to live an independent and comfortable lifestyle.
I have been looking at many internet marketing opportunities and this looks like my best chance to invest some of my money and see an excellent return. I do have access to $300,000 and space to store and manage product and stock.
What is the next step in the process towards becoming an RDC? I live in Des Moines, Iowa and it seems as if everyone has a cell phone these days. I know the cell phone chargers will sell like hotcakes around here. And with the price of gas, the fuel reformulator product sounds like another sure thing. I don't want to miss out on this opportunity.
What are the new Magic Showers Products all about? I am not familiar with them.
Please tell me more. I prefer e-mail whenever possible because it is so convenient and I am often away from my phone.
Thank you very much.
I hope I can qualify as a RDC applicant. You may write to me at:

Sincerely,

(i am sorry to hear of such... it was just about 4 years ago i walked my mom and dad down the isle for their 50th anniversary and the same priest that married them the 1st time renewed their vows again... it was a moment)
I have been looking at many internet marketing opportunities and this looks like my best chance to invest some of my money and see an excellent return. I do have access to $300,000 and space to store and manage product and stock.
(that is wonderful... the good news is that it is a very simple operation... everything comes in ready to ship so who ever you have working there... it is simple... fed ex provides all the computers and printing equipment... from IA you can actually cover all of MO also... even part of KS and NE until we get one in those locations)
What is the next step in the process towards becoming an RDC? I live in Des Moines, Iowa and it seems as if everyone has a cell phone these days. (they really are great products but actually all the turbo chargers have been prototype up until September when the new tech comes out and they will be a very exciting product... the fuel re formulator is a Grand Slam home run and the magic shower has been a winner for over 10 years now... just go to www.MagicShower.com and listen to many testimonies)

(Name withheld by request) we would love to have you join our team as an RDC...
a) step one put a deposit of $150,000 on account with aaTCM
b) step two we will have Jim Spellacy who runs the Ohio State and Central Distribution Center visit with you within 5 days from such deposit
c) we will order the inventory for the IA area which takes up to 60 days to fully stock at the same time is when you would transfer the additional $150,000
d) within 90 days from your 1st deposit you will begin receiving $15,000 monthly and your only expenses from such $15,000 monthly is to pay for your RDC Location Rent which should be no more than $1500 to $2000 monthly and pay 1 person of your choosing to run such location which should not be more than $3000 monthly... this means you should net at least $10,000 a month...
My wife and I just invested 12 million dollars in just the Fuel Re formulator so you can tell we are pretty committed and excited about the future of the whole program...
You may call us at any time

Dear Mr. Piccolo,
Thank you for your prompt and thorough response. Congratulations on the 50th wedding anniversary for your parents, that's quite an accomplishment. I'm sure you are quite proud and happy for them.
What sort of documents are involved in making my first $150,000 deposit? I have a family attorney who helped me with my dear husband's estate and who has offered to review any investments I might decide to make in a business opportunity such as this.
Could you attach the appropriate documents in either an MS Word .doc or Adobe .pdf file to your next e-mail so that my attorney and I can look over the details of our transaction? I will be glad to pay any attorney fees on my end, but it is important to me that I manage my estate properly and professionally. I'm sure you would agree.
I also have a meeting scheduled with my bank account representative next week to withdraw the funds for the deposit, once we have reviewed and approved the associated business documents.
To whom would I have the cashier's check for $150,000 made out to and what address will I be sending it to?
Is there a FedEx representative in my area I could contact who could familiarize me and with the computers and printing equipment they will be providing for shipping?
Sincerely,
(Name withheld by request) |

a) Wire $300,000 to aaTCM
b) once received it will take up to 60 days to inventory your Center

b) your full legal name
c) your contact information including address and phone numbers including cell #

If you are very serious Wire a $50,000 deposit to open up communications and to start the documentation process...
Sorry we only wish to talk with the people who are actually putting up the funds.
Please no tire kickers... We do not provide any other help in financing or whatever...
Your starter inventory will consist of the following and may be adjusted to carry more of one item than the next if our shipping needs in your area call for it...
If you are the individual who is personally interested you may call
954-785-9303 ask for Paul Morris "or"
954-818-2249 ask for Phillip Angelo P
Please do not call unless you have the funds since
a) we are not interested in just people who have warehouse and time
b) we are not in the banking business or the lending business
The reason why we are even considering this is that our company is growing so fast with soon to be over 100,000 aaTCM Associates... and we need more inventory in the field and that takes money to buy...
Initial Inventory may look like the following
$200,000 in wholesale Extend-A-Charge Products
$150,000 in wholesale D-1280X Products
$150,000 in wholesale Magic Shower Products
Estimated about 21,000 Items to Inventory

Dear Sirs,
This is a rather disappointing response to my last e-mail to Mr. Piccolo. His first e-mail was so friendly and personal; this is nothing other than a form response which fails to address several direct questions.
Nevertheless, the opportunity still looks like an excellent one and I am interested in at least moving on to the next step. If I decide to wire my $300,000 to aaTCM, exactly where do I wire it to and in whose same shall I make the deposit out to?
This would seem to be important information and I am surprised it is not included in the e-mail I received.
Please advise.

As we now know from our investigations into the "Next Generation Communications Inc" name, it is a dummy corporation used by Phil Piccolo as a store front operation for laundering funds into his personal accounts. This could certainly be of interest to the Bank of America and the WWSN will be contacting them as soon as possible.Needless to say, this individual did NOT wire money to Phil Piccolo. And neither should you!
