A History of Personal Threats & Attacks

When Phil Piccolo fails to sway you with his charisma, charm, personality, folksy style, frequent references to personal conversations with God and Jesus and his deep and abiding Christian faith, he quickly resorts to insults, ad hominem attacks, lies, threats and intimidation. A couple of years ago Phil wrote:

i have prayed for much patience with you and although i could cause you and your family the same pain with one phone call i do not my God continues to say Let me take care of it Phil and I let it go... i still believe that one day you are going to lie about the wrong person and he will not have the same beliefs i have. that God will protect and revenge and that person without such a belief will do much harm to you and your family... much more so than you have done to mine Robert Brutis People do know where you live... be careful... you are not above reproach, especially from God, Threats From Phil Piccolo!

Recent e-mails from Phil Piccolo have gone far beyond these veiled threats and subtle warnings. The WWSN is of the opinion that his recent statements and behavior indicate a possible loss of sanity and have urged his remaining friends, associates and loved ones to initiate an intervention to see that Phil gets professional help.

We are also of the opinion that the MLM community has put up with Phil Piccolo's scams and schemes for far too long. Rod "The MLM WatchDog" Cook agrees:

Bob feel free to publish............ Eccch Gasoline stuff, so many suckers so little time seems to be the story. I am writing an article on the difference between "Carbon Cleaners" and "Combustion Boosters".... will be up in two days..... First Category Carbon Cleaners is Walmart stuff at $5-6 a bottle that will be the category that Piccolo's stuff will fall into. Piccolo's aatcm ( or what ever it is) stuff will not work as a combustion booster. The only way I can be proved wrong is by a current Federal EPA certified testing station..... mileage and emission test same as... how new cars get the EPA mileage tag in their windows. Ten years ago I had a guy that Piccolo took for $250,000 in one of Phil's "build Your downline" schemes. The victim was in Florida... perfect! Introduced him to the Dept of Ag Investigator (Florida they do MLM investigations) and I will be darned if Phil didn't talk himself out of jail by pleading poverty and giving the guy $150k back and the victim backed off. Wow! Slick Phil cleared a $100k by sniveling and crying. Anything works, that works, with good ole Phil. I think that with this $300K whack for regions, on the unproven aatcm fuel crap or whatever it is the 2 of us have to look for the people that get screwed out of the $300 k. It is for sure that Phil Piccolo did not file with the FTC and their big push on Biz Opp enforcement. He is only violating the current FTC rule by $299,500. Maybe the Feds can burn his tail feathers! Meantime on his magnetics, in the Old MLM Insider MLM Watchdog 1994 + I printed with one of this scams headed by "Piccolo Shearing Sheep Again" He called and got Marcies Phone number and answering machine. He really hurt me and showed he had a lack of testacies by tearing into Marcie on the answering machine, You F_ _ _ _ _ g C _ _ T you are S _ _ T and then rambled on like that for another minute. Why was I hurt? Cheez I wanted to tell him about my "Phil For Jail" campaign then! When it cools off this fall I will look for that tape and we can both post it. Here are unedited statements, attacks and threats made by Phil Piccolo over the past few weeks regarding WWSN investigations into his illegal frontloading schemes with his aaTCM.com MLM program, the D1280-X gas product and TurboCharge Cell Phone Chargers, imported by Norman Docteroff and Voxred Int.
