Is Phil Piccolo Paying Refunds?

Phil Asked For Our Help - And You Responded!

Phil Piccolo challenged the WWSN to show him even ONE unhappy client who had signed up and paid for one of his many vaporware Internet programs. He wrote to one unhappy camper:

"i have not turned one refund request down... although that was not the guarantee..." - Phil Piccolo

Phil also sent us e-mails regarding three people who supposedly HAD received refunds, but one return e-mail address was invalid, another did not respond to our inquiries, and the third was not provided. As such we were unable to verify ANY of Mr. Piccolo's claimed refunds.

Updating Our Records

Next, we wrote back to people who had contacted Phil through our WWSN link and asked if they had received any satisfaction to date (names witheld for privacy, but complete information is available for verification by appropriate authorities):

Victim #1

1. Which one of Phil Piccolo's many ongoing programs did you join?

First one started as OneQwest, then became UNS1. Second one was PAP.

2. How much money did you send him?

$375 for the First one, $1000 for the second one.

3. Did you send money to Phil Piccolo personally, or did you send money to an actual MLM company?

$375 went to OneQwest, $1000 went right to Phil Piccolo.

4. What were you supposed to receive in return?

A pre-built downline of top-notch prospects and producers who were going to make me thousands a month.

5. Did you ever receive what was promised?

Nothing even remotely close.

6. When did you request a refund?

I've hinted at a refund for months. But, I official asked for one about a week ago (around 7/24/2002 I'm not sure the exact date because my Outlook file died and took my email messages with it!).

7. Did you ever receive it?

No.

8. Any other comments?

Phil is one heck of a persuader, isn't he? I just want to get out of the program completely. I think I deserve a refund, because I have belonged to these programs for almost six months now and it's been mostly frustrating and filled with promises of the latest deadline date that is going to make us thankful that we stayed in the program(s). BULL!!!

Active sign ups in UNS1,equal to what I paid quaranteed!!!

Absolutely NOT!! only one sign up

$5,000 is alot of money and I would really like to have someone on my side helping me get it back. All I have ever gotten are promisses, that doesn't work. I sure hope you can help. Thank you

He insisted that any form of payment be in his name.

4. What were you supposed to receive in return?

50 signups for UNS1 with enough people activating to make back the $1000 +. This was supposred to happen in 90 days or they would keep sending signups until the activation promise was met.

5. Did you ever receive what was promised?

Not as of 7/31/2002

6. When did you request a refund?

When Phil started gearing up with Nurish the children I sent a message to him about it. This is the message and his reply.

Phil. I signed on for UNS! not some other scheme. You promised to get enough signups to cover the costs. I couldn't afford the first $1000 dollars and I surly can't afford more out lay so I really would appreciate the signups based on your promise as a "Christian" not based on some new opp.

and yes i will keep my promise to you and everyone that is why i am not going to take any more orders for PAP after this month...

Your communication with the WWSN has tarnished my name and reputation... any more communication with them will null and void any obligation from us to you...

Not sure. All of my records are gone since I had another computer at the time and found no need to keep those records. Whatever the PAP entry fee was at the time if you can determine that.

A decent MLM program with flat rate LD and satellite phones.

No, the "program" kept changing (for the worse) and eventually Phil disappeared from the nightly conference calls.

6. When did you request a refund?

Never, because he disappeared. I only did recently through WWSN.

7. Did you ever receive it?

No.

After he received my comments thru your site he sent me a couple of nasty emails claiming I was a liar and that he was never involved in a flat rate LD program!!

There goes Phil's last chance for MLM salvation - not one single refund has been verified.
